Welcome to the gluten and dairy free pizza making course!
Years ago I had the opportunity to visit Italy for a short time. In a small town I watched enthralled at a traditional pizza Friday night where the master baker baked several types of pizza and all the townspeople came for pizza and a piece of conversation. They would then take their dinner home with them in a box, as well as a sense of belonging.
Years passed and with them came unexpected changes that only increased my desire to relive these moments. To reconnect with friends - over coffee or a slice of pizza, but mostly in person.
So let's do it! Let's roll up our sleeves and make moments for ourselves and our families and friends that we will all remember. With the recipes and video instructions from this course, you can bake a pizza that everyone will enjoy. I'll walk you step by step through the preparation of not only pizza dough and tomato sauce, but also a vegan version of parmesan and mozzarella from cashew nuts so that even a milk allergy doesn't get in the way. For inspiration I'm including the entire party menu, from appetizer to dessert. And I won't forget the perfect timing, because what kind of party would it be if you spent it sweating by the oven in the kitchen while your guests entertained in the living room or garden, but without you?
